Sugarloaf U14 SG Moved to February 14th. U16 SG added to the schedule on the same day

Due to the impending weather, the U14 SG is being moved from February 7th to February 14th. At the same time, a U16 SG will be added to the schedule and run on a seperate course.

Correction: the added adult race will be for U16s only
